Executive Assistant , providing administrative support to the

Mechanical Engineering Tactical Radars

team.

This position requires outstanding decision making and problem-solving skills with minimal direction. Individual must be able to work under pressure to meet project deadlines and schedules. The ideal candidate demonstrates a high level of confidence and judgement in a highly visible administrative position.

We are seeking a candidate who is proactive and creative to join our team!The position is for Fullerton, CA (on-site role)What You Will Do

Organizing and prioritizing leadership calendars to minimize schedule conflicts.Provide administrative support in a team environment, partnering with other administrative assistants for planning and coordination.Planning and coordinating domestic/international travelPreparing and reconcile expense reports.Drafting departmental and directorate correspondenceReserving and approving conference roomsArranging business lunchesPreparing security clearances and visitor requestsWorking with the admin team to support directorate initiatives.Collaboration with Operations team and Talent Acquisition (TA) for onboarding of new hires to directorateQualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires an Associate's degree (or other 2-year post high school training) and 6 years of relevant Executive Administrative Assistant experience OR 8 years of relevant Executive Administrative Assistant with a HS Diploma.Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Office365, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.Qualifications We Prefer

Experience with web-based tools such as SAP/APEX, and SharePointAbility to identify problems, anticipate challenges, and mitigate corrective actions.Handles confidential information with proper discretion.Working knowledge of the Concur online expense reporting systems and company travel and expense policies.Familiarity with ITAR restrictions as related to Defense ContractorsWhat We Offer

The salary range for this role is 48,000 USD - 112,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
