Stenger & Stenger, P.C. is seeking an Attorney licensed and located in the greater Metro Alanta Georgia area, ideally with one (1) to three (3) years' experience in creditor's rights and civil litigation to assist with its retail consumer collections practice in Georgia. The Attorney will touch all aspects of file generation and litigation and are often the first line in trouble shooting with paralegals, courts and opposing attorneys. They should be tech savvy, self-sufficient, organized, self-motivated and willing to travel within the state. Duties will include court appearances throughout the state, pleadings preparation, docket/case management and close interaction with their assigned team.

Education and Experience Required:
• Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university.
• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
