  • Strong Commercial project pipeline with a focus on mixed commercial projects such as: Class A offies, Core & Shell, Ground-up offices, and aviation work

Description

  • Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks
  • Structure and manage integrated, multitrack performance databases for digital, print, social, broadcast, and experiential projects
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers
  • Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables
  • Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan

Profile

  • 5+ years working for a general contractor specializing in commercial construction including corporate interiors, aviation and medical projects
  • Strong oral communication and written skills.
  • Ability to successful manage all aspects of commercial projects including schedules, budgets, and profitability through comprehensive project completion.
  • Collaboration with other Project Managers and the Team to develop, refine, and update project schedules to ensure all milestones are identified and tracked.

Job Offer

  • Competitive Base Salary ($115,000 - $145,000)
