Working for a Top Houston General Contractor in corporate interiors, Class A office buildouts, aviation and medical office buildings Pipeline of Houston based $100M+ Commercial Projects Client Details Working for a reputable General Contractor with local projects and consistent customers in Houston, TX. Strong Commercial project pipeline with a focus on mixed commercial projects such as: Class A offies, Core & Shell, Ground-up offices, and aviation work Description Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks Structure and manage integrated, multitrack performance databases for digital, print, social, broadcast, and experiential projects Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan Profile 5+ years working for a general contractor specializing in commercial construction including corporate interiors, aviation and medical projects Strong oral communication and written skills. Ability to successful manage all aspects of commercial projects including schedules, budgets, and profitability through comprehensive project completion. Collaboration with other Project Managers and the Team to develop, refine, and update project schedules to ensure all milestones are identified and tracked.
