Executive Assistant to President and Chief Client Officer

Hybrid (onsite 4 days/week)

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support our President and Chief Client Officer. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth daily operations and effective time management for the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:Calendar Management:
Oversee and prioritize the executive's calendar, managing appointments, meetings, and engagements with careful attention to detail.Travel Arrangements:
Coordinate domestic and international travel including flights, hotels, and itineraries (no travel required for this role).Expense Reporting:
Track, compile, and submit expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.Presentation Development:
Assist in creating high-quality presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides.Meeting Prioritization:
Manage and prioritize incoming meeting requests, ensuring that meetings align with business priorities and are efficiently scheduled.General Support:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure daily activities run smoothly, including drafting correspondence and managing documentation.Ideal Candidate:
Proactive & Self-Directed:
Able to anticipate the needs of the executives and handle tasks without needing constant supervision.Professional but Approachable:
Able to maintain professionalism while fostering a friendly, open environment.Strong Time Management:
Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.Excellent Communication Skills:

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.Technical Proficiency:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Sheets, Google Docs.3-5 years of experience supporting senior leadership, preferably in a creative or fast-paced environment.Familiarity with presentation tools and office software.Strong understanding of how to support executive-level operations efficiently.
