The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to an executive leader on the Executive Career Path. This role involves managing complex and confidential assignments independently, utilizing advanced knowledge of client's administrative policies and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage complex and confidential assignments independently.
•Utilize advanced knowledge of Sutter Health's administrative policies and infrastructure.
Required Qualifications:
•High School Diploma or GED; equivalent experience accepted.
•4 years of recent relevant experience.
Skills:
•Communication: Strong written and verbal skills for diverse audiences.
•Time Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
•Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and information systems.
•Data Interpretation: Ability to analyze various data formats.
•Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues using established solutions.
•Confidentiality: Maintain patient privacy and protected health information (PHI).
•Collaboration: Build effective relationships with team members to achieve goals.
Education:
Bachelors Degree
