What will you be doing?
As an Executive Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in our team by:
Managing Complex Calendars:
Coordinate and prioritize meetings, ensuring efficient scheduling for our senior executives.Supporting Key Meetings:
Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items to keep projects on track.Handling Travel & Expenses:
Arrange seamless global travel and manage expense claims with precision.Creating Impactful Presentations:
Use your PowerPoint and Excel skills to craft clear, engaging presentations and reports.Liaising with Key Stakeholders:
Serve as a key communication link between executives, managers, and external parties.Assisting with Team Events:
Organize events and provide support to our UK-based EAs when they visit the US.What are we looking for?

Executive Assistant Experience:
Proven track record of supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment.Diary Management Skills:
Ability to handle complex schedules and prioritize effectively.Tech Savvy:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Concur, and Word.Presentation Skills:
Experience in creating clear and compelling business presentations.Business Acumen:
Understanding of general business reporting is a plus.Essential Competencies:
