supporting maintenance to improve on the efficiency of production assets by performing predictive maintenance measurements and monitoring on critical assets. Assist other predictive maintenance activities and repairs where needed

Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Assist with vibration testing to support existing programAssist with ultrasonic testing to support a program that is currently under developmentAssist with coupling alignment and high-speed rotating assembly balancingAssist onsite maintenance personnel during planned and unplanned plant outages and major repairsProvide additional support to maintenance team during high volume or critical activitiesWillingness to attend training both on the job and in classroom setting to support Vibration and Ultrasonic programsMinimum Education
High School Diploma/GEDVibration Analyst level I or Ultrasound Analyst level I or Industrial Infrared Analyst QualificationExperience Requirements
5+ years of Industrial Maintenance (Mechanical or Electrical)Strong reading, writing, math and analytical skillsStrong organizational skillsStrong understanding of best practices for maintenance activitiesComputer skillsEnvironmental Factors and Physical Requirements
Able to move freely throughout the Agribusiness facilities including climbing vertical heights (0 -100').Exposure temperatures (0-100) degrees Fahrenheit, humidity (0-100%),Noise (50db to 100db) and chemicals (MSDS sheets available)Able to use standard office equipmentRequired to travel to remote agribusiness facilities and vendor locations
