The Executive Assistant will need to work in a manner which requires self-direction, independence, discretionary judgment and professionalism. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:Provide proactive, efficient, and accurate executive level administrative supportPrepare summaries and analyses of information including the consolidation of input from reporting units.Create and prepare correspondence and reports using most advanced Microsoft Office applicationsCoordinate details of projects and information gathering activities of reporting teams and business operationsOrganize complex meetings involving system leadershipPrepare materials, and attend meetings and draft minutes as requiredDevelop and maintain relationships with key contacts across HHC and understands reporting relationships in order to manage work.Organize and maintain files for senior leadership in a complete, accurate and timely fashion, and suggest changes to system to meet changing needs.
QualificationsEducation? High School Diploma required, Associates Degree preferredExperienceThree (3) to Five (5) years progressive experience in senior leadership level administrative support in large operational organizationAdvanced computer skills including high proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel spreadsheets) and technologies supporting business operations.Excellent verbal & written communication skills including drafting memos, presentations, reportsWe take great care of careers.With locations around the state, Hartford HealthCare offers exciting opportunities for career development and growth.
