The opportunity:Our next Chief Human Resources Officer is an opportunity to play a key role will help to shape the future of HBP. Reporting to the Co-Presidents, the CHRO will lead and execute the global people and organizational strategy, delivering human capital and talent plans that enhance our values-based corporate culture in support of HBP’s mission, corporate culture, and financial performance. The ideal candidate is a seasoned human resources executive with the expertise to lead all core people functions, adeptly manage complex relationships, and guide the organization through a dynamic and evolving market environment.
What you’ll do:
Build the Workforce of the Future: Identify essential roles, skills, and capabilities to expand HBP’s reach and impact. Partner with leaders to ensure workforce design meets current and future needs. Develop strategies plan for global workforce growth, including upskilling and recruitment initiatives.
Align People Strategy to Business Goals: Ensure our total rewards strategy keeps HBP competitive in the talent market. Collaborate with business leads to enhance team performance and organizational efficiency. Implement performance management systems aligned with company goals and OKRs.
Drive Excellence: Lead a high-performing, results-oriented HR team. Foster a diverse and inclusive culture across our global workforce. Develop communications and strategies for both in-office and remote employees that promote a shared sense of purpose, strong learning orientation, and collaboration. Ensure consistent and inclusive communication across our global workforce.
What you’ll bring:
15+ years as a senior HR executive with extensive experience in all HR functions, including total rewards, employee relations, internal communications, leadership & development, and talent acquisition.
Proven experience working with global teams.
You’ll stand out if you have:
Prior experience with both commercial and mission-driven organizations.
Experience working with a Board of Directors and/or Compensation Committee.

Above is the annualized pay range for this position. In addition, this position includes the opportunity to earn our annual Performance Based Variable Pay Program. Actual salary will be set based upon a range of factors, including external benchmark market data, individual knowledge, skills, experience, location and internal equity.
