Document Management Assistant
PRIMARY PURPOSE : To prepare documents for scanning, imaging and routing.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists in classifying, identifying and routing records.Prepares and scans documents.Prepares documents for offsite storage and retention.Transmits facsimiles.ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs other duties as assigned.Supports the organization's quality program(s).QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing
High School diploma or GED required.
ExperienceSix (6) months clerical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Skills & Knowledge
Good oral and written communication skillsPC literate, including Microsoft Office productsStrong organizational skillsGood interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a team environmentAbility to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
WORK ENVIRONMENT
