Role : Sr. Executive Assistant (Temp)Type : Contract, 4-6 WeeksStart : ASAPPay : $31.25 - $33.13/hourLocation : Baltimore, MD (onsite)Hours : Monday-Friday (9am-5pm, or 9am-4:30pm)
This position is the first point of contact to the President and provides high level, high quality administrative and organizational support to the President and will be responsible for the management of the office.
Manages the President, Board and Board of Estimate responsibilities by administering the following:
Schedules executive committee meetings with Board members, Schedules Board meetings, and prepares materials.Prepares notices, minutes, and resolutions for Board meetings.Prepares informational packets and legal informational notebooks.Facilitate signatures from the Board on the Code of Ethics forms and the Conflict-of-Interest Policy.Schedules the Leadership committee, President/Chiefs meetings and manages the agenda.Schedules appointments, gives information to callers, reads and routes incoming mail, and performs other administrative and clerical duties as needed.Maintains the President's calendar.Reviews the President's emails, follows up, and responds as necessaryAlert President with Board member articles, events, and congrats for the President to send a response.Types and revises information such as correspondence, memos, reports, and forms from rough draft to final versions.Directs callers to destination and records names, time of call, nature of business, and person called upon.Prepares notices, minutes, and resolutions for the budget process.Prepares the agenda, informational packets, and the sign in sheet for the Public Hearing.Special Projects, as needed:
Schedules and organizes Partnership's staff retreat.Manages the Employee Appreciation LunchesManage Fun Committee projectsNotary PublicOther duties as assigned
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty, handle matters that are delicate and confidential in nature.Must be able to work flexible hours and be available at the request of the President when necessary.High School Diploma or GED7-10 years supporting executive level managementStrong time-management and organizational skillsExcellent communication skills both written and verbalProficient in all Microsoft Office applicationsAdept at learning new technologies to perform the job function if necessary
