Senior Director of Strategy and Communication

The Senior Director of Strategy and Communications manages the Marketing and Communications and Human Resource Operations and Special Projects teams. This position has management for and performs a wide variety of duties and projects related to the organization’s communications, brand, human resource needs, and new initiatives. In this role, the Senior Director serves as a representative and an extension of the organization. This position acts as a sounding board for ideas and oversees the staff direction and collaboration supporting the strategic initiatives identified by Grand Council (board of directors).
