What you'll be doing
Act as the backup for various functions within the Human Resources department. Flexibility with scheduling and assignments is required to accommodate the organization's needsAdvise managers, supervisors, or administrators in all HR practices.Provide information to employees about regulations, policies, and give general support to employees throughout the organization.Assisting with or completing various assigned projects within the department.Must have the ability to travel to new and existing facilities throughout the state.Builds positive relationships across the Hope Network system.Acts as a change agent.Models and educates on the standards of acceptable behavior.May assist with updating polices and the Employee Manual, as needed.Stay abreast of the changing regulatory landscape, as well as emerging trends and best-practice, as it relates to the Human Resources function.Create monthly metrics, analyze data, and recommend solutions.Assist Director of Employee Relations with investigations, exit interviews, and the fair treatment process.Perform, or partner with the Compensation consultant for, wage/market analysis.Attend and participate in monthly service line meetingsResponsible for contract oversight for OPEIU.Responsible for contract accountability.Anticipated Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PMIn-office on Mondays and Tuesdays
Job Requirements
Associate's Degree and 6-9 years of experience within multiple HR disciplines - OR - Bachelor's Degree and 4-7 years of experience within multiple HR disciplines.(S)PHR or SHRM-(S)CP certification preferred.Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record as it relates to Hope Network policy.
