Job Description

As an Executive Assistant I, you will support an individual executive or small number of Senior Vice Presidents in their day-to-day office activities. You will provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing reports, and handling information requests. You will perform administrative functions, including preparing correspondences and emails, interacting with senior level leadership as well as internal and external clients, arranging conference calls, and scheduling and coordinating meetings, travel, and other events for the executive and/or investors.

Responsibilities:Functions as point of contact between Senior Vice Presidents and internal and external clients.Manages and maintains Senior Vice President schedules and calendars.Prepares invoices for approval.Prepares reports, emails, and other documents.Prepares and formats PowerPoint presentations.Makes travel arrangements and assists with expense reimbursement for those you support..Files and retrieves documents, records and reports.Assists in the preparation and management of event-related budgets.Prepares responses to correspondence.Performs general office duties including ordering supplies, maintaining record management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.Prepares agendas and coordinates arrangements for meetings and events.Prepare and execute investor related meetings.Other special projects as directed by those you support.Qualifications:

High School Degree required. Bachelor's degree preferred.3 years required, 5 years preferred of administrative support experience.Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookStrong verbal and written communication skills.Knowledge of telephone protocol.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Discretion with confidential information
