Must Haves:
7-8years' experience working as an Oracle EDI focused analyst/business analystOracle EBS experience
Oracle E-Business Suite R12 modules - RLM, Order Management, Purchasing, SCM, eCommerce Gateway.
Experience working on ServiceNow or other comparable ticketing systems - will be partial support role.Supporting stakeholders/end users - understanding pain points/gathering requirementsUnderstanding of EDIFACT and X12 EDI standardsExperience w/ Kanban approach within AgileEDI transactions, including, but not limited to 850, 855, 856, 810, 830, 862, ORDERS, ORDRSP, INVOIC, DELFOR, DELJIT, DESADVExperienced on handling complex Oracle EDI related issues.Must understand the support process.Plusses:

Insight Global is seeking 2 remote Oracle EDI Analysts to support a multi-national power management client of ours. The main goal of this role is to help automate customers & suppliers within onboarding or Oracle EBS. This falls within a supply chain division to automat all purchase orders through EDI. This role is 70% functional/30% technical. You will be on call on the weekends for this role.
Responsibilities include:
Has adequate knowledge about the Oracle ERP procure to pay, order to cash cycles and exposure in RLM.Has experience and working knowledge of EDI concepts including standards such as EDIFACT, ANSI X12 and IDOC.Provide translation support for all EDI processes and systems. Function as a primary point of contact for any Oracle/SI related support requests.Analyze support request to identify the
``root cause resolution and work closely with other Eaton enterprise sectors/groups to implement solutions.
Monitor error directories/emails on any CoE EDI servers and take appropriate actions to resolve. Perform minor maps modifications and trading partner set up as appropriate.Develop and maintain EDI support processes and documentation. Maintain the integrity of the EDI environments.Collaborate, build, and maintain relationships with other technical groups. Initiate continuous improvement initiatives within the team and Enterprise.Manage implementation of EDI products and services for new and existing trading partnersTeam Size: working with multiple teams, DBA, developers, end users, customer service.
