IMMEDIATE FULL-TIME Production & Assembly positions with a large manufacturer in Zebulon!
Starting Pay: $13hr. Paid weekly
PLUS $100 BONUS for working all scheduled hrs. Paid every 2 weeks

Work Schedule:1st Shift Machine Operator: 5am-3: 30pm M-TH 2nd Shift: M-TH 3PM-1: 30AM w/ Friday Overtime opportunity!
1st Shift Assembler: 7am-4pm M-F and 6: 30am-2pm M-F
Assigned a mentor who will train you on the job for the 1st 2 weeks
Need to be able to work in HOT environment. During the summer month you can wear SHORTS :)

Have you worked in a Manufacturing environment for a least 1 year?Do you have at least 6 months of experience operating production machines or Assembly in hot conditions?Do you have reliable transportation with a track record of good work attendance?
What will I be doing?:Operating a CNC routing/ trimming or a Thermoforming manufacturing machine or Performing Assembly workMake adjustments to production machinery as needed to ensure products meet specs and minimize machine downtime and scrap rates.Handle and pack product as needed.Perform basic machine maintenance and adjustments as directed by shift leadPerform job setups on machinery as directed by shift leadRead and understand quality documents for in-house and specifications of products, and use that information for trimming process and keep products in spec.
Requirements:Ability to speak and understand English OR SpanishMust be able to lift up to 60 lbs. Occasionally and 40 lbs. Frequently to operateThermoforming machineLEARN how to setup and run CNC routing or Thermoforming machinery, and demonstrate the ability to adjust machinery and control the production processLEARN product quality requirements and applying that knowledge so that all parts being produced that meet requirements.Work well in a team environment, assisting others as needed with their work or to solve problemsMust have ability to safely and effective use a large variety of hand and power tools.Work in a hot environment and be on your feet for up to 10 hours/day.
