CNC Operator + Programmer

Amuneal is looking for a CNC Operator +Programmer to the to operate Haas CNC Mills and Lathes to assist in the fabrication process of our products. This role will operate on a 4 day, 10 hour work week of 6:30AM-5:00PM Monday-Thursday.Responsibilities:Read blueprints, CAD models, and technical drawings for programming.Under minimal supervision, set up and operate CNC controlled machines, maintenance, repair, and alteration of machinery, machine parts, tools, and equipment.Utilize and abide by ISO requirements and safety proceduresQualifications:1-3 years experience in programming CNC machineryPunctual, reliable individual who can work full time hours, likely from 6:30am-5:00pm M-Th in Frankford area of Philadelphia.Completed classes or has demonstrated knowledge of CAD/ CAM 3D modeling software.Knowledge of Fusion 360 is a plus.Experience with lasering/ CNC machining and generally excited about becoming a subject matter expert.Needs to be familiar with tools such as lathe, vertical milling machine, drill press, hydraulic press, chop saw, band saw, push, and a variety of cutting tools and equipment.Our work is custom in nature and highly evolving.
