CNC Lathe Operator/ Programmer

Shift Options

• Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM (10-hour shift) or 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (8-hour shift)
• Occasional Saturdays (6:00 AM to 12:00 PM) based on production needs

• Program and Operate

  Create and maintain CNC programs via a Haas Controller to ensure smooth, precise operations.

  
  

• Set-up & Troubleshoot

  Perform initial set-ups and re-set jobs as needed to keep production running efficiently.

  
  

• Blueprint Reading

  Accurately interpret blueprints to deliver quality components to exact specifications.

  
  

• Measurement

  Utilize standard measurement equipment to maintain high precision and product quality.

  
  

• Adaptability

  Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where each day brings new challenges and opportunities for growth.

  
  

• 5+ years of experience working with Haas Equipment.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs without assistance.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent punctuality and attendance.
• Recent, dedicated CNC programming experience as a primary responsibility.
