CareStaff Partners is partnering with a well-respected School District in Lakewood, WA that is looking for a highly motivated and passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) for a contract position. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive, and professional environment and work in a fast-paced setting.

Occupational Therapist (OT) Position Details:•Start Date: ASAP•Hours: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)•Contract Duration: Full School Year•Must have WA OT License and ESA Certification

Pay Package:

$48-51 per hour based on experience

Occupational Therapist Responsibilities:Assessing studentsObserving students in their natural environmentScreening studentsProviding consultation for studentsRunning RtI programsProviding inservices and trainings for teachers and staffAttending IEP meetingsAttending other school meetingsPlanning treatmentsResearching evidence and best practicesCompleting documentation of servicesProgress reportingDriving or traveling between schoolsCommunicating with teachers, administrators, staff, and parents by email or phoneOrdering equipment and treatment materialsMaintaining equipment and assistive technologySupervising OTAs or OT studentsCareStaff Partners is an equal opportunity employer.
