Business Analyst - Liberty Works Advanced Development

Indianapolis, IN

There is a great opportunity as an EVMS Business Analyst for Liberty Works Advanced Development, where you will support overall program management activity in support of a major subcontract. Internally, you will work with and across multiple functional groups and externally with the Prime Contractor and USAF. You will undertake the collaborations, analysis and integration of project and business earned value data on our programs, where you will be able to perform basic and advanced techniques to assess project performance and supply project managers with the information, they need to make critical decisions.

Key Accountabilities:Ensuring effective controls are implemented in accordance with the government and company management procedures.Performing WBS/charge number maintenance, earned value analysis, and variance analysis to produce IPMDARs that will be utilized by stakeholders.Assisting the program team with the collection of data and schedules for contract amendments/variations and accurately reporting to relevant stakeholders.Supporting the procedures, control, and maintenance of project data in line with the RRC Management Control System Description (MCSD) and the EIA-748 EVMS StandardPerforming ad-hoc reporting/data interrogation to support customer inquiries, program IPT Leads, and overall program earned value analysisBasic Requirements:

An Associate's degree with 3+ years of experience in earned value management, project management, or data/financial analysis OR;A Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of experience in earned value management, project management, or data/financial analysis OR;A Master's degreeA PhDTo be considered for this opportunity, you must be a US CitizenPreferred Requirements:

Earned Value Analysis and Earned Value reportingDefence FAR15 Contract Cost reporting experienceData analysis and data compliance experienceKnowledge in MS Project and MS Excel to create pivot tables/data analysis

Hybrid working is a way in which our people can balance their time between the office, home or another remote location. It's a locally managed and flexed informal discretionary arrangement.
