**Job Title: Welder****If you're interested in hearing more about this position, apply today!****Job Description**We are a leader in the design and manufacture of piercing tools, bursting systems, pneumatic hammers, and horizontal directional drill tooling, seeks a skilled Welder. Our products are used globally to install or replace fiber, communication, water, sewer, and gas lines with minimal disruption to above-ground landscapes, structures, and traffic flow. Recently acquired by a company that manufactures lawn care equipment, we are expanding our team.**Hard Skills**+ 045 MIG production welding on mild steel+ Production-based welding+ Blueprint reading+ Use of hand and power tools: hammer, welder, fixture welding+ Grinding+ Blasting+ Band saw operation**Work Environment**Our facility is very clean and organized with high ceilings. There is no AC in the summer, but doors remain open, and we provide Gatorade and ice cream to keep you cool. We have 55-60 employees in the shop, with 3 different weld groups and 12 bays.**Shifts available:**+ 1st shift: 6am-3pm+ 2nd shift: 2:45pm-11:45pm+ Mandatory 45-50 hours per week of OT (which would be after your shift)**About Aerotek:**We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
