As a
Shuttle Driver , you're one of the most important team members at
Norm Reeves Toyota . You ensure that all our guests have an excellent experience while they are getting their vehicles serviced. Whether you are driving our customers within a 8 mile radius, or assisting with the service drive, you approach every task with positivity and attention to detail.
Core Responsibilities:
Greeting and assisting incoming customersTransporting vehicles to various locations as requiredInstalling disposable seat covers, steering wheel covers, and floor mats in all vehicles taken in for serviceThoroughly prepping (clean, wash, vacuum) and maintaining vehiclesOrganize the new inventory on the lot on a regular basisEfficiently shuttling customers and/or employees within a 10-mile radius upon requestServing as a meeting point between customers and other employees such as Service Advisors and Managers.Reporting any damages that may have been done during the vehicle's stay to management immediatelyPerforming other duties as neededWhat You'll Need:
Full time availability. You'll also need to be at least 18 years oldA valid driver's license and acceptable driving recordExperience driving a range of vehicles; manual transmission a plus.Exceptional commitment to safetyStrong sense of accountabilityExcellent communication and a positive attitudeAn eye for presentation and detailWhat we offer:
