The Lutheran Home is seeking an attentive and compassionate Certified Med Tech (CMT) to join our night shift care team. In this career, you will provide medication administration and support through the night ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Administer prescribed medications to residents and maintain related medical records under supervision of a nurse.Takes vital signs or observes patient to detect response to specified types of medications and prepares report or notifies designated personnel of unexpected reaction.Assist residents with ADL care as needed.Answer call lights and take appropriate action.Complete documentation accurately, timely, and following facility policies and procedures.Review resident's care plans and performs nursing care as outlined.In this position, you will enjoy a set 2-week schedule with every other weekend off, working 7 out of 14 calendar days. The hours are generally 6:45 pm -7:15am and as a full-time team member, you will enjoy our many benefits including:
