Role Description:

Nile Secure is seeking a dynamic and experienced Pre-Sales Solution Architect to join our team. As a Pre-Sales Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by providing technical expertise and support throughout the pre-sales process. Your responsibilities will include solutioning Network as a Service solutions to solve customer challenges, leveraging your strong sales acumen, networking expertise, and the ability to evangelize technology to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design: Collaborate closely with the sales team and clients to understand their business objectives, technical requirements, and challenges. Utilize your expertise in networking and network security to design innovative NaaS solutions that address client needs and align with Nile Secure's product offerings.

Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on Nile Secure's products, technologies, and industry best practices. Stay updated on emerging security trends, AI/Automation trends, and NaaS landscape to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients. Evangelize technology by demonstrating how Nile Secure's solutions can effectively mitigate risks and enhance security posture, reduce operational issues, and seamlessly support clients use cases.Pre-Sales Support: Work with the sales team to develop compelling presentations, proposals, and demonstrations that effectively communicate the benefits and features of Nile Secure's solutions. Leverage your strong sales acumen to articulate the value proposition of Nile Secure's offerings and address client concerns and objections.Client Engagement: Engage with clients in pre-sales meetings, workshops, and presentations to showcase the technical capabilities and benefits of Nile Secure's solutions. Build strong relationships with clients and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle. Evangelize technology by illustrating how Nile Secure's solutions can address specific business challenges and deliver tangible results.Solution Validation: Conduct proof of concept (POC) activities and demonstrations to validate the functionality and effectiveness of Nile Secure's solutions in addressing client requirements. Gather feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to continuously improve the pre-sales process and solution offerings.Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams within Nile and with our Partners. This includes sales, product management, engineering, service delivery, and customer success to ensure alignment on solution design, implementation approach, and client expectations. Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications:Minimum of 8 years of experience in IP networking, network security, solution architecture, and pre-sales engineering roles.Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of success in pre-sales activities.Expertise in networking and network security technologies, protocols, and best practices.Ability to evangelize technology and effectively communicate the value proposition of NaaS, Network Security, and AI Networking solutions to potential clients.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Relevant certifications such as CCIE, CISSP, JNCIE, or equivalent are a plus.
