Field Service Tester

**Job Title: Field Service Electrical Tester****Job Description**Field Service-Electrical Tester | 1st shift (4) 10-hour shifts Monday-Thursday and as needed on Fridays | $20-$28/hour | Canton, OH- Electrical Tester and field service of switchgear units and components- Per Diem travel mostly to DC (overnights)- Use electrical testing equipment to perform the job and fix components as needed | multi-meters, volt meters, Hi-potts, and more- Performing electrical assembly and wiring/building of control panels and switchboards for switchgear equipment- Will utilize schematics to wire panels and units- Bending/installing conduit (Rigid & EMT)Manufactures substations, switchgear, circuit breakers, bus duct, and many other electrical systems. Will be working independently on different sections of the builds. Work is mostly quiet and clean.1st shift (5:30am - 3:30pm) - Monday - Thursday with occasional work on Fridays- May be required to work around 5-8 hours of overtime per week.**Hard Skills**+ Electrical Testing+ Electrical wiring+ Field Service - Travel+ Switches, sensors, circuits, panels, photo eyes, conduit**Job Type**This is a permanent position.**Work Site**This is a partially on-site position in North Canton, Ohio and requires travel out of state often.**Work Environment**Newer Facility built in 2010 - Very nice, safe, and clean.- Well-lit and climate-controlled- Laid back work environment with minimal micromanagement.
