This individual will cover a wide scope of responsibilities and will exercise good judgment in all situations. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication, exceptional administrative and organizational skills, and be able to handle competing priorities with hard deadlines. A successful candidate will have the highest integrity and discretion in dealing with privileged and sensitive information.

Responsibilities:

Manage workload and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with dozens of daily requests that require timely completionMaintain complex schedules in both Outlook and Microsoft Word with excellent attention to detailAnticipate needs of leadership team for maximum efficiency and impact with all communications, tasks, meetings, and projectsCoordinate internal/external meetings, organizing logistics and communications to necessary partiesManage correspondence and calendar for maximum strategic impactExpense report managementAssist with complex business and personal travel arrangements for key employeesCreate detailed itineraries and agendas as necessaryPrepare and proofread internal and external correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documentsMaintain daily files as well as contact information database for efficient and effective organizationPartner with other key staff members to schedule offsite meetingsAttend meetings to document discussions, action items and critical datesAssist with personal matters, including but not limited to domestic and international travel, vehicle maintenance, insurance, household errands, etc.Assist with event planning and coordination for corporate and personal eventsWork seamlessly with Administrative team to support Managing PartnerStronghold Executive Assistant: Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive while also quickly and efficiently producing highly accurate work product. The individual should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge. The Executive Assistant must be comfortable with Microsoft Office computer systems as well as mobile devices, general office tasks, and Excel as well as excellent verbal and written communication.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree is preferred4+ years of experience in a similar role, assisting C-level executives and/or senior investment professionalsHigh degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people, including board members, investors, senior executives, staff, community leaders, donors, funded portfolio companies, and family membersMake appropriate, informed decisions regarding Managing Partner's priorities and available timeAbility to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaroundHandle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretionAbility to complete a high volume of tasks and projects efficiently with limited guidanceParticipate in shared responsibly of monitoring Outlook e-mail, mobile devices, and Slack during evenings and weekendsHigh personal and professional moral codeAbility to multitask and prioritize tasksExcellent time management skillsGreat verbal and written communication skillsA proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skillsIn-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Zoom and TeamsWhy work with Stronghold?
