In this crucial role, you will play a key part in supporting our HR operations within the community. Your responsibilities will include managing employee records, providing support to employees, assisting with recruitment, ensuring compliance, and offering administrative support to the Regional HR Manager. Your contributions will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and maintaining the effectiveness and compliance of our HR department.Key Responsibilities:Employee Records Management:Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system, including personal information, job titles, hiring documents, salary details, training records, and performance evaluations.Conduct regular file audits to ensure compliance with regulations and readiness for surveys.Recruitment Support:Assist with the recruitment process, including screening applicants, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and preparing offer letters.Employee Relations:Address employee inquiries, providing information on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.Act as a liaison between employees and HR leadership and serve as a witness during disciplinary conversations when necessary.Ensure all documentation is properly filed and submitted to the Human Resources Manager.New Hire Orientation:Facilitate a weekly new hire orientation to ensure all new associates get the best possible start at our community.Support management in completing new associate training checklists and communicating benefit changes to associates.Special Projects and Policy Improvement:Participate in HR department projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing policies and procedures.Other Duties:Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the HR department and community operations.Qualifications:Education:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).Experience:
