As a NetSuite Administrator, you will oversee the management and maintenance of system configurations, integrations, and customizations. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and external developers, offering technical support and training to users. Your role will be vital in ensuring smooth business operations and supporting the company's overall growth!
The position is remote but you must live in MN, IA, MO or KS.

he NetSuite Administrator will:
Manage, support and maintain NetSuite system configurations, including customizations, workflows, EDI and other integrations.Maintain and manage NetSuite customizations and system integrations to meet business requirements (i.e. RF-Smart, CPQ, Vertex, Dispatch Track, Mitel).Create and manage user roles, permissions, provisioning, access controls and data security while staying up to date on NetSuite features and enhancements.Assist with data import and exports, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.Develop and maintain custom reports, suitelets, dashboards, fields, records and workflows.Provide ongoing support to users, troubleshooting issues and answering questions including training for user roles.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize NetSuite for business processes.Create and maintain documentation of NetSuite processes, customizations and configurations.Assist with data analysis, business process mapping, reporting needs and improvement/simplification initiatives.Collaborate with internal IT team and external development teams to optimize NetSuite business processes.Participate in development projects, conduct QA testing and end-user testing to ensure successful delivery of implementation projects.The skills a NetSuite Administrator will need are:
Ability to both manage and work collaboratively with others to achieve desired business results.Ability to operate successfully in a fast-paced environment that places a strong premium on integrity, excellence, execution and teamwork.Excellent and consistent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, internal and external facing.Well-organized, ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects while maintaining a high level of accuracy.Exhibits flexibility and a willingness to lend a hand with efforts required to support company growth.Ability to read, write and understand English.To qualify for a NetSuite Administrator role, one must possess:
3+ years experience as NetSuite administratorNetSuite Certified Administrator qualification (preferred)Exceptional understanding of NetSuite ERP and SuiteApps including configuration, customization and integration.Proficiency in creating custom records, saved searches and workflows.Experience using JavaScript, SuiteScript, SuiteAnalytics and script execution logs.Experience with data migration, system integration and third-party applications.What's in it for you?
