NetSuite Administrator

Capax RM are currently working with a leading manufacturer in the heart of Denver who are going through a period of growth in their NetSuite team. This is role where you will work within a strong NetSuite team to help drive projects, business growth, and advancements going into 2025.ResponsibilitiesServe as the Subject Matter Expert and point of contact for NetSuite.Perform day-to-day operation, maintenance and support tasks for all NetSuite applications and associated financial systems.Perform configuration and business process testing for NetSuite enhancement requests. This includes creating and managing custom fields, forms, records, workflows, searches, reports, dashboards, SuiteAnalytics, and user roles to support business needs.Prioritize requests within the NetSuite Support Case queue and coordinate tasks with NetSuite's Advanced Customer Support (ACS) team and the Internal NetSuite Support Team.Utilize NetSuite CSV imports to update or import new data into the system.Work with various teams and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate into technical or functional requirements.Manage upgrades twice yearly, including testing customizations in Release Preview.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality, customizations and integrations.Provide NetSuite training and documentation to users.Develop, document, and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure data integrity, appropriate security/user segregation of duties, and change management protocols.Minimum Education and ExperiencePrevious experience as a NetSuite Administrator or NetSuite Consultant,

NetSuite Administrator Certification a plus .Experience working with the NetSuite Planning and Budgeting moduleExperience with: Multi-location Inventory Management, Serial/Lot Tracking, Matrix Items, Fixed Assets, SuiteAnalytics Reporting, Advanced PDF Templates, CSV Imports, SuiteFlows, SOX compliance, Bill.com, Shopify, PayCom, NetSuite Connector, Creating Custom Training DocumentationPreferred experience:

Suite Scripting, Custom API Integrations, Celigo experience, PowerBI, SmartSheet, SQLAbout YouHas configured custom reports, searches, SuiteAnalytics reports, and modules in NetSuite.Strong ability to organize and prioritize day to day tasks.Excels at problem solving with excellent communication skills.Strong knowledge of the Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash process flow, including Blanket Purchase Orders, Vendor Prepayments, and Customer Deposits
