We are seeking a task-oriented NetSuite Administrator to take ownership of standard administrative duties for a multi-subsidiary NetSuite environment. This opportunity is ideal for an independent NetSuite power user who wants to grow their functional capabilities and make an impact in a global organization. The NetSuite Administrator will work closely with finance and operations departments to troubleshoot, resolve, and improve system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Triage, prioritize, and resolve internal NetSuite support tickets.Create and validate saved searches, reports, and web services for export.Document new and existing NetSuite processes and provide training to system users.Work with interdepartmental stakeholders to capture requirements for NetSuite development team.Provide user acceptance testing for new NetSuite functionality.Create workflows, dashboards, records, and fields to support system improvement.Create and maintain Celigo flows between NetSuite and other systems.Qualifications:

2-4 years of NetSuite administrator experience.NetSuite Administrator certification.2-4 years of iPaaS experience (Celigo, Boomi, Tray IO, etc.).Technical writing/documentation skills.Ability to communicate effectively across teams and departments.Experience managing resources across several projects and priorities.
