The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the administration of the existing TruWest Salesforce instance and assisting with the delivery of professional solutions to internal business stakeholders using the Salesforce platform. Essential Functions Configure Salesforce fields, page layouts, record types, list views, reports, and dashboards Provide first-level support to the sales, marketing, and sales operations teams, including issue identification and issue resolution/escalation. Support and drive sales and marketing projects, including documentation of business requirements, solution and technical design, test plan design, and coordination of testing with end users. Experience with Flow, Approvals, and CPQ is a plus. Maintain security around user accounts, sharing rules, user roles and profiles, field level security, group permissions and license assignment Team up with marketing in the on-going assessment and improvement between partners and Salesforce Create and maintain custom Salesforce programming, Flows, validation rules, and formula fields Manage change requests and resolve issues reported by users Assist with the performance of business analysis in which information about business process and concerns are gathered from key internal business stakeholders Identify and evaluate new features and functionality related to the Winter, Spring, and Summer release management schedule provided by Salesforce Assist with the presentation of documentation on business analysis and solution requirements to key customer stakeholders for validation and approval Manage Salesforce data feeds and other integrations Test business applications and ensure performance is as designed; work with team members to resolve any issues Compose training materials and conduct training sessions for end users, with oversight from team members Work with team members to identify project tasks, estimated work effort and timelines; escalate any changes to project scope Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization Grow knowledge and be aware of best practices and market trends Communicate product enhancements and defects to vendor Safeguard the security, integrity, and confidentially of TruWests internal systems and data May be involved in the planning, organization, and implementation of special events, specific projects, or program changes Focus on data quality and process efficiencies Employee may be asked to complete related duties other than those indicated above as assigned by their supervisor Qualifications Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the principal duties of the job 1 year of experience in Salesforce CRM Application Administration 1 year of experience in sales, marketing operations, business analyst and/or financial administration Experience with Lightning experience Experience with CPQ is a plus Experience with Marketing Cloud is a plus Spanish Language fluency is a plus Knowledge of Data Loader Must be experienced with Microsoft Office applications, including MS Word, Excel and Power Point Must be able to pass a background check Performance Requirements Must have strong customer presence and ability to communicate technology concepts across all levels of an organization Must maintain regular and reliable attendance to the satisfaction of management Must be able to operate a computer and other position related technologies Must be able to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment Must be able to clearly and confidentially communicate with TruWest employees and other stakeholders Must be able to thoroughly investigate situations or issues to get relevant information; adept at asking probing questions to successfully obtain quality information Solid collaboration skills, applied successfully within team as well as with other areas Must be able to effectively manage a consistent customer-oriented project workload; effectively communicates project delays to management team and proactively seeks additional customer project work Must adhere to all TruWest Values at all times Physical Requirements Must be able to access work locations Must be able to stoop, stand, walk, bend, and stay upright to perform work Must be able to visually read written and digital information Must be able to visually determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of work assigned and/or to make general observations of facilities or structures Must be able to receive detailed information through oral communication
