The NetSuite & Order Management Systems Administrator will join our IT team and support the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of our NetSuite ERP system. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful integration and utilization of NetSuite throughout the organization. Additionally, administration will also extend to other enterprise systems including Pipe17, Celigo, SPS and others. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and platforms and a desire to learn and grow within the role. This role is a full-time (40 hr/wk), exempt, fully-remote position with a compensation range between $75,000 - $85,000/year. The individual in this position will need to work one of the US timezones.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the business users to assist in the seamless integration of NetSuite into business processes; take an active role in configuring and customizing NetSuite, Pipe17, Celigo, SPS, and additional tools on an ongoing basis to meet MaryRuth's specific needs and requirements.Conduct training sessions for various levels of end users, empowering them to maximize their understanding and utilization of each platform's features.Provide ongoing support to address user inquiries and issues.Continuously identify opportunities for system improvement, streamline processes and enhance NetSuite and other platform functionality to increase efficiency and productivity.Implement and maintain appropriate access controls and security measures to safeguard sensitive data within NetSuite and other tools and databases.Create comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations and processes to aid in knowledge transfer and support future system enhancements.Some travel ( Additional responsibilities as needed.Qualifications
Proven (1) to (3) years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator required.Previous experience with Pipe17, Celigo, SPS, or similar platforms preferred.NetSuite Administrator Certification or equivalent experience is highly preferred.Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics is a plus.Knowledge of all NetSuite modules, including Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory.Prior experience with ecommerce and inventory management in NetSuite.Experience in customizing and configuring NetSuite to suit business needs.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.Strong understanding of business processes and requirements, with the ability to translate them into effective NetSuite solutions and processes.Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and conduct user training.Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and system integrity.Physical Requirements
Must be able to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.This role involves sitting most of the time, but may also involve moving for brief periods of time.Benefits Summary
