EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. He/She will have previous experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties and providing support to the CEO. Given the changing nature of the executive landscape, flexibility and foresight, while maintaining confidences related to high-level systems and operations is critical.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities:
With a primary responsibility of supporting the CEO, also provide support to the executive team as directed by the CEO to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficientlyMaintain and enhance internal processes that support executives across the company, coordinating both internal and external resources to streamline workflow for the CEOManage professional and personal scheduling for the CEO, including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements (both private and commercial), client management, and other company logisticsCoordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to senior executivesPlan meetings and events, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly and efficientlyMaintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the businessUnderstand and interpret financial reports to provide accurate information and insights to the CEO and executive teamUtilize a strong understanding of technology support systems to assist in the smooth operation of executive functionsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Required:
10 years' experience in administrative role reporting directly to senior managementPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Prolonged periods sitting/standing at a desk and working on a computerMust be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
