JOB BRIEF

Goldenwest is hiring a proactive, resourceful Junior Executive Assistant. This position interacts with other executive-level staff, board members, supervisory committee members, business leaders and community leaders. Those interested should expect to deliver effective administrative support, anticipate needs and act on them. When exposed to highly sensitive information, strict confidentiality is required. Expert-level organization skills will be used daily, requiring close attention to detail. Interested parties should be tech-savvy and resourceful with exceptional time management and communication skills, both verbal and written. Tasks include:Manage calendars. Understand priorities and schedule or reschedule internal and external meetings, both onsite and virtual. Other appointment scheduling may occur.Assist in coordinating travel arrangements. Includes executive leadership and board and supervisory committee members, as needed. Compile travel files, as needed.Assist in coordinating monthly board and supervisory committee meetings. Includes compiling board reports and creating director material, event set-up and tear down.Assist in the coordination of annual board retreat. Includes making all arrangements for the event, such as venue, meals, activities and travel. Compile data and create annual reporting.Plan and execute other credit union-sponsored events. Includes events the President/CEO attends and hosts.Manage phone calls, providing appropriate screening and taking messages, as needed. Compile expense reports and other executive-level reports. Provide logistical support for meetings.Assist with various ad hoc projects, as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS
