Own the product strategy and roadmap for key areas of Audible's discovery experiences on Amazon, which may include search, browse, recommendations, promotions, and new discovery mechanisms.Partner with product, engineering, science, design, and business teams across Audible and Amazon to advocate for the needs of audiobook listeners and drive alignment on priorities.Analyze data to identify opportunities, define success metrics, and measure the impact of product enhancements.Communicate product plans, insights, and results to senior leadership and a diverse set of stakeholders.ABOUT AUDIBLE

Bachelor's degree5+ years of end-to-end product delivery experienceDemonstrated experience collaborating with a broad set of stakeholdersProficiency with analytics software and A/B testingExperience working with applied science, UX, and analytics teamsVersatile communication skills to both lead discussions with technical teams and distill complex concepts to a broad non-technical audienceExperience with content discovery products (search, personalization) and/or applied generative AIAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
