Junior Estate Planning Attorney (On-Site)We are seeking a dedicated Junior Estate Planning Attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience specializing in estate planning, probate, and trust administration. You will work closely with senior attorneys and clients to provide legal advice and solutions in estate planning and probate matters.Responsibilities:
Assist in drafting estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance health care directives.Conduct legal research and provide support on complex estate planning and probate matters.Assist clients with trust administration, including reviewing and preparing trust documents.Help clients navigate the probate process and advise them on the distribution of assets.Collaborate with senior attorneys to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and address their concerns.Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.1-3 years of experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration.Active Bar membership in California.Excellent drafting and legal research skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.Strong interpersonal and client communication skills.Compensation:
$100,000 - $115,000 yearly
