You develop and implement strategic business plans together with the General Manager to generate, drive, and increase revenue across all areas.You continuously monitor the results and adjust strategies and activities to ensure that targets are met.You lead and manage the Sales Team, from hiring and onboarding to team development, creating a proactive and high-performance environment where the team can achieve its goals.You work closely with the entire Ennismore team as well as the global Accor team, fostering a strong connection.With your local market knowledge, you help us stay one step ahead of the competition.You ensure that key information and insights are shared across departments to increase revenue while delivering exceptional guest experiences.You manage a client portfolio, take the lead in price negotiations and client management, and ensure that we maximize our market share.Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the Austrian marketYou are passionate about the hospitality industry and goal-orientedYou can bring structured work methods to a dynamic environment that relies on flexibility and speed in many aspectsYou are a strong team leader and know how to manage and inspire others to perform at their bestYou combine analytical and methodical thinking with great attention to detail and a solutions-oriented approachYou are an excellent relationship builder, comfortable working with other teams and leaders, and driven to achieve great things togetherYou’re looking for a place where you can simply be yourself—there are no clones in suits hereYou have thick skin.
