Bring your creativity and passion for instructional design to build impactful training content that energizes and equips LogicMonitor’s sales team. Using your knowledge of adult learning principles, you’ll craft engaging courses, activities, and assessments that close knowledge gaps and boost confidence in selling our platform. Reporting to the Manager of Learning Experience, you’ll play a key role in shaping the success of our ever-evolving sales strategy, empowering both new and current reps to excel and helping build a world-class sales organization.Here's a closer look at this key role:Design and develop content for onboarding, sales skills, product education, and leadership development.Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methods to all sales enablement efforts.Create and sustain high-quality learning materials in formats like eLearning, micro-learning, classroom, virtual, and blended learning experiences.Update content regularly to maintain its relevance and accuracy.Collaborate with subject matter experts across the business to create courses, certifications, and continuous learning materials.Review content with subject matter experts and stakeholders incorporating their feedback.Develop a deep understanding of the sales organization’s functions, frameworks, and tools.Design assessments and use data to measure learning effectiveness.Familiarity with graphic design, video editing, image manipulation, and formatting is a plus.Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Superb written and verbal communication skills.What You'll Need:Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, a related field, or equivalent experience.5+ years experience in instructional design and sales enablement, preferably in SaaS.Strong knowledge of ADDIE, Blooms, and other instructional frameworks.Experience developing classroom, virtual, and on-demand training courses.Familiarity with building sales methodologies like MEDDPICC and Command of the Message is preferred.Proficiency with SCORM/authoring tools (e.g., Articulate) and content tools like Vyond.Proven ability to collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders across different teams and levels.Ability to work independently and collaboratively on projects.
