LogicMonitor has a layered approach to intelligence, where AI and Machine Learning is baked into every facet of the LM Envision platform to help IT teams improve efficiency, minimize alert fatigue, proactively predict trends, and maximize enterprise growth and transformation. We are seeking a skilled Associate Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the seamless operation of our mission-critical systems. As a key member of the Platform Operations team, you will automate processes, streamline workflows, and enhance product performance to drive efficiency and reliability across LM’s infrastructure. Here's a closer look at this key role: Automate infrastructure maintenance and deployments
by writing code to enhance efficiency and reliability. Ensure uptime and service reliability , implementing improvements to optimize LogicMonitor’s SaaS platform. Maintain security compliance , enforcing best practices across platform operations. Collaborate cross-functionally
with developers and senior engineers to support operational and architectural enhancements. Create and maintain documentation and detailed Runbooks
to streamline workflows and knowledge sharing. Develop deep product expertise , gaining a strong understanding of all aspects of the LogicMonitor platform. What You'll Need: Bachelor’s degree or 2–3 years of relevant experience Proficiency in Linux and container orchestration systems, with a desire to learn more. Experience programming in Golang, Java, Python, or Shell Familiarity with source code management tools such as Git. Proven track record of successfully completing projects, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills. Ability to work on-site in the Santa Barbara office at least two days per week. The Base Salary range for this role is: $86,205 — $100,000 USD
