We’re a tight-knit team that values collaboration, always looking for ways to improve and solve problems before they happen. About The Role

08 Responsibilities and Impact
Learn and apply reliability best practices: Understand and implement SRE principles to ensure systems are scalable, resilient, and highly available. Assist with observability strategies: Help teams utilize the right tools and insights to detect and prevent issues before they impact users. Support performance optimization: Collaborate with engineering and service delivery teams to optimize performance and plan for growth. Participate in incident management and postmortems: Assist in incident response, contribute to root cause analysis, and learn from postmortems to improve system reliability. Identify opportunities for automation: Suggest areas for automation and help build tools that improve operational efficiency and developer experience. Collaborate and learn from team members: Engage in a culture of learning and work with engineering and service delivery teams to embed reliability into the development and support lifecycle. Qualifications
Basic Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong problem-solving skills. Familiarity with cloud technologies (preferred AWS). Familiarity with scripting or coding languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell). Additional Preferred Qualifications: AWS Certification (preferred). Previous work experience in technology support, DevOps, or SRE roles (preferred). Understanding of observability in technology (preferred). Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (preferred).
