Lead a cross-functional work stream to improve the quality of internal processes, systems, and data to allow for a more complete understanding of the business and its channels. Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting that effectively communicates business financial and operational performance to the private equity sponsors, the CFO / CEO, and the senior leadership team.
