Financial Services Office (FSO) Consulting – Transformation Execution – Strategic Transformation (Manager) (Multiple Positions) (1542293), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, New York, NY.
Advise clients on reshaping and transforming their businesses by defining their business transformation vision, strategy, and roadmap, with supporting business case. Analyze existing platforms, tools, and processes in the client's current operating model, and recommend innovative, implementable solutions as appropriate based on the business needs. Plan and facilitate client workshops around their transformation vision, scope and challenges to execution. Assess client operating models, identifying gaps, and making recommendations for future improvement. Address business and stakeholder needs by designing and engineering solutions, including business intelligence or data visualization options with graphical and analytical components. Conceptualize the components of a problem to aid in the analysis and definition of solutions.
Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.
Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40-45 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, Risk Management or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, Risk Management or a related field and 4 years of related work experience.
Must have 4 years of professional services client facing consulting experience.
Must have 4 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: business strategy, transformation, organizational design and/or other related business management.
Must have 4 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: in the financial services industry and/or working as an advisor to financial services company.
Must have 3 years of experience leading transformative programs for multinational companies involving multi-workstreams, utilizing program management methodologies.
Must have 3 years of experience in creating points of view on relevant industry trends, solutions, methodologies, and analytical frameworks and tools.
Must have 3 years of experience in a combination involving at least 3 of the following:
Strategy & Operating Model Development
Governance
Portfolio Optimization
Strategic Planning
IT/Business Process Management
Business and IT Alignment
Transformation / Program Management
Organizational Change Management
Enterprise Data Management
Delivery Management
Risk Management
Travel required up to 60%, of which 10% may be international, to serve client needs.
