Apply today to be contacted by a dedicated member of our Recruiting Team!JOB SUMMARYThe Performance Director (sometimes referred to as Regional Director) is responsible for setting the overall strategy for achievement of work participation and other contractual performance-based metrics in a designated region. The position drives a highly collaborative team of Performance Managers and has overall accountability for the team’s day-to-day operations, quality of service, and contractual deliverables in career case management services. Reports directly to, and when needed, acts as backup to the Assistant VP of Programs and Services (AVP).ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSExemplifies agency values and standards.Demonstrates drive to deliver performance in line with key performance indicators and performance targets.Ensures that the regional team adheres statewide to agency standards for service delivery, professionalism, and brand.Upholds the agency’s standards for health and safety and promotes the well-being of staff, participants, and their families.Utilizes internal and external data to devise a regional plan for achievement of work participation and other contractual performance metrics in the region.Communicates frequently in speech and in writing expectations and clear plans for regional team achievement.Analyzes the region’s performance in FedcapCARES and rapidly devises and implements plans to address lags in performance.Engages with regional stakeholders by attending meetings and events to grow networks and build strategic partnerships to achieve program performance goals.Holds monthly meetings with regional funder representatives and key service partners to cultivate teamwork, elicit feedback, and devise operational plans as needed.Identifies potential risk to the organization and rapidly escalates concerns to AVP of Programs and Services.Manages all employee tenure processes of direct reports.Leads, develops, and performance manages the team to continuously improve and increase their capability and deliver against quality performance targets.Promotes Fedcap Maine positively at every opportunity with participants, coworkers, and external stakeholders, understanding and articulating the full services and benefits we offer to customers.Upholds all agency policies, values, and expectations in performing their job.Actively models our Fedcap values throughout all aspects of their work and interactions with others.Regularly visits assigned regional offices to observe operations, conduct facility inspections, and engage with staff. Holds open office hours.Promotes a Mobility Mentoring approach in staff interactions with participants.NOTE: The employer reserves the right to change or assign other duties to this position.QUALIFICATIONSRequired Education and Job Experience:Bachelor's degree in vocational rehabilitation, human services, adult education, or related field and/or equivalent work experience. Master’s degree preferred.Minimum 3 years supervisory experience.3 to 5 years of supervisory experience directing in case management, workforce development, or adult education.-or-An equivalent combination of related education and experience.Work Conditions:This job operates in a professional office environment.
