The Senior Product Manager – Cloud Platforms will play a key role in helping the Strategic Product Division’s Developer Enablement team accelerate our innovative approach to building and delivering modern, automated solutions to our internal business partners that allow software developers to rapidly build test and deliver secure Software to First American’s customers. They will partner closely with technical teams to gather insights, understand current business processes, challenges, and opportunities, to envision, design and develop platform products. Act as primary contact and product evangelist to build awareness, understanding, and user acceptance.What You’ll Do:Utilize your cloud engineering and product skills to re-imagine how to rapidly and securely deploy cloud accounts, networks, infrastructure and applications throughout their lifecycle.Develop expertise in the teams’ Developer Platform product offerings so that you can collaborate with developers, technology managers and teams as well as provide support and guidance to business partners.Provide value in the ideation, development, and improvements of the team’s product offerings to continually enhance our business partners’ experience.Prepare and launch product announcements, releases and important communications.Prepare and present/co-present group or product presentations to executive stakeholders and/or engineering teams.Develop key metrics dashboards for internal or business partners’ visibility.Research, learn, and help adopt new tools and develop techniques to increase performance, automation, scalability, security, and cost optimization of products and services.Lead quarterly OKR management.Collaborate as part of larger delivery teams which may include project managers, business analysts, architects, developers, and change management professionals.Lead efforts in identifying and optimizing cloud costs to achieve desired business value on an ongoing basis.What You’ll Bring:5+ years directly related experience in a variety of product management roles.2-5+ years of experience with cloud environment design and automation (preference for AWS environments).Great team player with a passion for creating products that developers love to use.High level of business acumen, strategic agility, ability to develop others, influence outcomes and change.Fluent in core Product Management skills (decision frameworks, prioritization, business outcomes, road mapping, market analysis, etc).Strong experience with modern DevOps principles and practices.Strong understanding of the enterprise SDLC (software development lifecycle) and associated tooling.Strong experience with Agile and UX principles.Understanding of software automation techniques/tooling (ex: Argo, Terraform, GitHub Actions).Experience with source/version control tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub etc.Experience with enterprise observability/monitoring.Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; advanced degree preferred.Pay Range:
$150,000 - $188,000 AnnuallyThis hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements, and geographic location.What We Offer
