Product Management defines, promotes, and drives the strategic roadmap for current and future products. Identify potential products and emerging markets; lead market research efforts; generate product requirements; determine specifications; create product roadmap; conduct competitive assessments and product positioning; and craft marketing strategies for new product introduction. Manage the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights, understand current business processes, challenges, and opportunities. Work with complex and strategic customers to develop and prioritize high-level product requirements into FA processes and business strategies. Collaborate with technology, sales, and cross-functional teams to determine plans for product implementation, upgrades, and deployments. Leads a team of Product Managers who define, develop, promote, and communicate product strategy. Identify potential products and emerging markets; implement best practices to conduct market research, conduct competitive assessments, and product positioning. Act as primary contact and product evangelist to build awareness, understanding, and user acceptance. Measure customer satisfaction.HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTECollaborate with customers, team members, and outside influencers to identify and drive the strategic vision and delivery of innovative new products/product lines to keep the business relevant and competitive. Implement goals, objectives, and work standards for the department.Determine and conduct market research to identify user need for new products.Execute strategic plans and product roadmap by providing direction to the product development team for product evolution and priorities, ensuring that the experience gained from external market activities, usage analysis, competitive response, and market research is reflected in future product releases.Translate product strategy into detailed requirements. Define high-level customer requirements for the entire customer experience including product features and functions, target markets, and pricing.Develop and drive metrics to assess the success of products and features and determine necessary enhancements.Lead and participate in strategy and planning meetings and provide advice and guidance on the direction of product vision.Plans, organizes, administers, reviews, and evaluates the activities of staff.Directs the selection of staff and provides for their training and professional development.Other duties as assigned.What You'll BringBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.Advanced degree preferred.5-7 years of directly related experience.5+ years demonstrated experience in a supervisory or management role; demonstrated success establishing, leading, and maintaining effective working relationships at the Senior Management level.Successful track record designing, developing, and executing critical complex projects in more than one area of functional expertise.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at the Senior Management level across functional groups and business units. Adeptness to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situations, using influence and preventing damage to the relationships.Strong capacity to communicate the function’s vision and the department’s direction and set aligned goals. Provides resources and creates systems to measure results. Has a good understanding of competitor, financial, and industry dynamics.High level of business acumen, strategic agility, ability to develop others, and influence change.Pay Range: $145,000 - $193,325 AnnuallyThis hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements, and geographic location.What We Offer
