As the Director of Sales Operations for Radancy's global Customer Success team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing our strategies for prospect identification, prioritization, deal qualification, pipeline management, sales metrics and win/loss analysis. This position aims to establish a cohesive operating model that drives consistent Salesforce processes across our Customer Success organization.
Responsibilities:
Manage Salesforce including any implementation, expansion and ongoing adoption for increased efficiency, accuracy and improved results.
Oversee and ensure Salesforce compliance across all Customer Success teams, fostering a culture of data integrity and operational excellence.
Manage the sales pipeline, including reporting and deal stage qualification, to ensure clarity and efficiency throughout the sales process.
Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for sales enablement and process improvement, while overseeing the strategy, policy and processes related to organic sales metrics.
Develop and deliver training on Salesforce and sales tools, ensuring that all team members are equipped to utilize these resources effectively.
Conduct forecasting based on predictive analysis to provide insights that drive strategic decision-making.
Perform capacity planning and organic white space analysis to identify opportunities for organic growth and resource optimization.
Lead sales analytics initiatives, conduct audits of existing tools and recommend solutions to enhance organizational efficacy.
Partner with Sales Enablement and Marketing to ensure all opportunities for support and enablement are identified and utilized to their full potential.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business management, finance or a related field.
Proven experience in leading sales operations, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment.
Demonstrated success in the analysis, design and improvement of sales processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solid understanding of sales performance metrics and KPIs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and summarize information for executives.
Proficient in Salesforce and sales automation tools, with a track record of process improvement and training development.
Self-starter with a collaborative mindset, capable of fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Salary Range:
USD $90,000 – $100,000*
The above range is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate including, but not limited to, skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications and specific office location.
