Family Practice is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join their team. A very busy rural family medicine clinic with 2 physicians and 2 APP’s when fully staffed. Enjoy a rural lifestyle in our newest state of the art Family Medicine Clinic with the support of our nearby multi-specialty group. This practice consists of two physicians and two advanced practice providers when fully staffed.
Standard four-day work week
Outpatient only with 1:5 nurse triaged, very light call
Lab draw, X-ray, anti coag, dietary, and behavioral health onsite
Multi-specialty clinic with specialists readily available for support in 2 other locations
20-25 patients per day
EPIC Electronic Medical Record
Clinic hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Pay range $267,986 to $289,715

Compensation: First year salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median, RVU production in year two. First year salary guarantee is based on MGMA/AMGA median, and compensation moves to RVU production in year two. Placement in a starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications.
Time off: up to 6 weeks of time off (for full time, four-day production work week after first year, non-immigration status)
Government site qualified: HPSA Score 13
Relocation expenses covered including packing: up to $20,000
Continuing medical education allowance of $10,000 every two years
