Family Practice is seeking a Family Medicine Physician Assistant to join their team.

Join 1 full time physician, 2 PAs in a very busy rural family medicine clinic. Position is four – 10-hour shifts or five – 8-hour shifts per week, and no call. General procedures required including sutures, mole removals, skin biopsies, toenail removal, plus some women’s health and a heavy higher acuity / internal medicine type practice. Average 20—25 patients per shift.
Outpatient only with 1:5 nurse triaged, very light callLab draw, X-ray, anti coag, dietary, and behavioral health onsiteMulti-specialty clinic with specialists readily available for support in Moses Lake and Wenatchee20-25 patients per dayEPIC Electronic Medical RecordClinic hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
What we’re seeking:Experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a minimum of 5 years longitudinal internal or family med experienceComfortable with full age-range of patients and higher acuity internal medicine patientsAbility to obtain an active license in Washington StateConcise and compassionate communication skills to educate patients and familiesAbility to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient recordsProvider who wants to reside in Grant County, WashingtonBeing fully vaccinated against COVID-19 is an essential requirement. Religious and medical exemptions will be considered upon request.
