The Metropolitan Airport Commission (MAC) is seeking a highly qualified professional with demonstrated revenue development success to take on this key leadership role. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Vice President, Commercial Revenue Officer (CRO) position oversees and manages the revenue and business development division. The incumbent is responsible for providing leadership in the development of people, strategies, policies, and programs for all areas of oversight.

As a member of the MAC Senior Staff team, the individual selected for this position will be tasked with assisting the organization in maximizing its revenue potential. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in revenue development along with a demonstrated ability to create new economic value for the organization through innovative and entrepreneurial revenue strategies for new and existing aeronautical and non-aeronautical revenues.

The Vice President, CRO provides leadership for a variety of revenue functions and activities, including negotiating, implementing and managing aeronautical and non-aeronautical properties, real estate, concessions programs for food and retail as well as hotel lease management, sponsorships, auto rentals, and airline agreements. The position also plays an important leadership role in other revenue-generating areas of the organization, including parking and transportation – the largest non-aeronautical revenue source for the MAC. The position serves as a staff liaison to the Operations, Finance and Administrative Committee.

As a member of the MAC Senior Staff team, the selected individual will be the executive sponsor for the assigned enterprise strategic priorities for the organization and will have an active role in the successful execution of all strategic priorities.
